Unfortunately, they didn’t live up to their high rating. I asked them to mow 4.5 to 5 inches tall since it was going to be super hot over the next few weeks. They cut it much shorter than I requested, leaving piles of grass all over the yard behind them. They said they could come back and cut again as a means to mulch up the remnants.. if you know what you are doing and care about your customer and your reputation, you should have raised your mowing deck higher to avoid this issue altogether to avoid impacting the yard.
