D&D landscaping was performing work at a neighbors property last week. They tracked their dozer down our private asphalt road in 30 degree weather, damaging the road. I asked the owner politely not to track dozer back out. He made light of the situation and gave me excuses for the reason. They came back another day and tracked the dozer back on the asphalt and damaged the road further on the way out.
