These people change the time they are suppose to come by, then show up late. Then a guy named Paul D., who claims to have been in the business for 50 years, and knows it all, tells me you can’t do this and you can’t do that and all with such an attitude. Now today because I asked them when I might get my estimate texts me saying they CANT do my kitchen and I need to find someone else! So, nope I do NOT RECOMMEND THE DO EVEN THE SIMPLEST RENO TO ANYTHING!

If you do business with this company just know that they are still using business practices from the 1970s. Everything is on paper, they don’t take credit cards , PayPal, Zelle, debit cards. They are disorganized and difficult to communicate with, and unless you live there in town, expect a difficult Customer service experience. They were slow to get back to me on email, would not work with me on payment methods, and were standoffish and rude when I first entered the building.
