Terrible company. Terrible service.
Extremely unhappy with D&D Elevator. Our elevator is always breaking down and for days at a time. Why aren't parts ordered a few at time instead of us having to wait for days for them to arrive. We live in a 6 story building (with a lot of seniors) and it's a hardship.
