Did not show up for his appointment. He called and said he would be an hour late. An hour later he texted again saying it would be another hour due to traffic. An hour after that, he texted and said he was being detained. He wasted several hours of my day and I live an hour from the property. He texted that he would do one of my houses vapor barriers for free due to the trouble and has not followed up since.
I would highly recommend D&D crawl space & Home improvement. Dustin and his a Crew are amazing people and they are very professional. Great group of people. I will have these guys doing all of my repairs . I can’t believe that there are people like Dustin and his crew out in the world who take pride in their work and will ensure that you are happy with everything.
Dustin of D and D Crawlspace never completed the job I paid him to do. When I requested he complete the work or refund me he said no. He neither completed the job nor refunded me 1/2 of the amount I paid him. Do not hire him or if you do, don’t pay him before you are 100% sure the work is done and do not pay a deposit either. This company will take your money and run. Don’t believe a word he says if he gives an excuse as to why he needs the money, it’s all lies to get money. I would highly recommend these guys for any job. They fixed a DIY project failure. Done a great job!! Will be using them again in the future.
