Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and most of all they worked hard to get out a number of set in pet stains from the prior owners. our carpets look and smell great! We especially appreciated the attention to detail cleaning and also protecting our home using corner guards so that the hose did not scuff up any corners. Thank you D and D!
