The car wash was excellent...very comprehensive. Unfortunately they have a waiting area indoors where most of the employees and customers were not wearing masks.

Took my Step- Fathers car and they didn't vacuum out the back, then, took my Fiance's car and got the 360° wash with hot wax...they didn't wipe smaller front windows and didn't vacuum the back...They did send my Step - Father a gift card, but, we were told they couldn't do anything...

Went in for a Prime 360 on our new Toyota Sienna. Came out with a cracked windshield. The spot that cracked is right where the wrote the wash number. Yet, none of their cameras (everywhere) show the damage. A report was written up before I left. They are denying anything happened. Prime should take responsibility for its errors. All companies eventually make mistakes. The difference in customer satisfaction and opinion is how a company deals with its mistakes. Prime's manager, Josh, failed miserably today. I suspect that he is motivated by a company policy that encourages carrying the Prime Company Banner regardless of customer satisfaction.
