I stopped in the store and Patrick and a woman working with him were very outgoing and friendly. I so very much appreciate that they were able to help me with shipping a bike as well as sharing their knowledge and information on a suitable bike for me.

Worse tune up ever. Dropped bike off to adjust handlebars (raise them), and have bike tuned and cleaned. Picked up bike was told that could not raise handlebars because that would pull brakes tight (no one thought to adjust brakes or put a longer cable on???). Bike was not cleaned -not even close. I questioned if they cleaned it, I was told they did, but it is just a basic cleaning. Everything was supposed to be adjusted and greased. Brake pads rubbing against rubber tires and not rims. Here are pictures of my clean bike...
Thanks for the quick check on my bike rack setup before my 500 mile drive to Houghton, MI. Now I can relax and not worry about the rack.
Had 2 bikes in recently for repair, they gave promise dates for repair completion. Missed on both, then given new dates twice, missed those. Lots of excuses and the lady answering the phone wanted to argue. This after just purchasing a new bike their 2 days ago.
Patrick was amazing to work with - so much knowledge and patience! Second bike purchased from this store. I will purchase here every time because of the care that is provided even after the bike is purchased. Thank you!
