Honestly, I feel bad for leaving a rare bad review for this company and would like to think I'm an exception. In my experience, they lack accountability, customer service, and communication skills. I made an appt a week in advance to drop off my truck, have the tranmission fixed, along with a couple of other minor issues - covered by a warranty. Instead of being honest and tell me that they were too busy, couldn't/or didn't want to deal with it, they strung me along with zero regards. I didn't receive a single call or any ty... read more
We rented a U-Haul from this place and had the best experience. Great customer service, they also do an excellent job working on cars at an awesome rate. We keep coming back and will continue to come back!
