Notice to anyone looking for appliance repair in the near future….Warning-DO NOT USE D&D Appliance Service, LLC. in Webster. After charging my mother over $100 to fix her hot water heater (a "repair" which never even fixed it), they have refused to return multiple phone calls to resolve this. All of this during cold winter days when my elderly mother has gone without hot water in her home for over a week. This loser should not be in business!

Very satisfied with the service and response time. We had a particularly difficult to diagnose problem with a washing machine. It required multiple visits and a metered approach to diagnosing and resolving. They stayed with it, until resolved, instead of changing every possible part without knowing whether it was needed or not. They kept to their schedule and there were no surprise charges.
“I called D&D Appliance to clean my dryer vent. They were courteous, did a great job, were very thorough and cleaned everything up afterwards. I’ll definitely call D&D back to do periodic vent cleanings and repair any of my major appliance that need serviced. Thank you Dan - George M.”
All of the guys I spoke with about my appliance needs were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They solved my problem in a timely manner and their prices were very reasonable. I plan to use them for all my parts and appliance repair needs.
