DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT This apartment was booked by a friend for a holiday in Sydney. It was booked through Expedia and it was for myself and six others over Easter weekend. We booked this apartment so we could all be in the same apartment rather than separate hotel rooms. Due to the long weekend, we had three people who were there for three nights, and the other four were for four nights. Had booked 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room with balcony, for 3 adults for 10 days. Substantial 50% deposit taken immediately. Reservation cancelled due to Covid-19. Received no correspondence from DD when refund was requested. Phones not answered, emails bounced back. Money lost. Then Booking.com wouldn't come to the party although booked through them. Would seriously not recommend DD or Booking.com.

The conference I was attending at the ICC was canceled due to covid. When I tried to cancel my accommodation I was charged the full 2 nights. I understand I did not have cancellation cover in my reservation, but I feel for extenuating circumstances there could have been some consideration. I assume the room did not need cleaning/servicing etc as it was not used.
No star if Google allowed. They don’t have any conscience, don’t expect they can provide any customer service.
