I have worked with Ismael many times and we have worked with his office manager Darlei, and this is a top-quality company that offers professionalism and top-quality work. I very highly recommend them, so much so that I think there is no other choice in PDX/Vancouver.

I was underwhelmed. Grossly overpriced. I regret being in such a rush and going with this company, so that's on me. $800 cash for just over an hour of work and they used cheap downspouts. Showed up late, left parts behind on the ground, scratched up the house, and didn't follow my instructions about keeping the gate closed to keep my cats in the yard. Not very responsive to texts and they misled me on two issues. I'm not sure it was intentional, but I was disappointed. Next time, I'll get multiple bids, ask better questions ... read more
