Horrible excuse for a contractor
Nick, Ken and their crew were easy to work with. Highly recommend DCS!
One of your technicians was out at Silver Glen Senior Living on 11/30/24 working on my furnace because the circuit breaker kept breaking every 10 to 15 minutes . After more than 4 HOURS of experimenting with out any success he left and said that he disconnected I believe he said “backup “ and would be back on Monday 12/2 to replace the circuit breaker and reconnect the “backup “?? Well it’s going on 2 WEEKS since and the guy NEVER CAME BACK and the furnace doesn’t stop running until you shut off the circuit breaker?
Fantastic service and always comes out when needed or an emergency and quickly. We trust them (Josh) completely with the care of the building.
