We have been using this company for a few years now for your flips but also for our personal home. They have ALWAYS been responsive and transparent with what was happening within the company. They recently went through a rough patch with workers passing away and quitting, leaving the owner short handed. He was transparent every step of the way, got our work done on time, and was very professional through the whole process. Honest contractors are hard to come by so I recommend them to everyone I know!
We have used DCS to install many systems over the last few years and grew to like him very much...unfortunately our relationship has ended due to our last installation...we contracted with him in early February to install 4 heat and air units in a new property we acquired..Gave him a $15,000 deposit hoping to be done by the end of February or sometime in March...I am writing this review on July 20th and the job was just completed..it was completed by a company DCS sent because he never came.we are so thankful for that compan... read more
