I am a subcontractor that works with DCS regularly. Dion and his team are also great with communication and organization. It is always a pleasure to work on their jobs. The skill in project management helps out scheduling for the subs leading to a better final product for their owners.
DCS is a one of a kind contractor, the professionalism of the owner is somthing you will not find in the average builder. DCS repaired hurricane Irma damage on my one year old custom built home. A masive Oak tree fell one my home. DCS did this (small job) as a favor to one of his clients.
