UPDATED 16/05/2025. The garage collected the vehicle on 10th April for inspection - 4 months after I requested. After 15 days, I had to chase them for a response. Other garages who inspected the vehicle took 2 hours to find the issues! They have refused to carry out repairs as they are worth more than vehicle is worth, but are now refusing to tell me the location so I can collect it. Really bad. I bought a Citroen C4 cactus in August 2024. In 2 days of buying there was issue with the oil pressure sensor. When i called them, they told to bring the car. And when i reached there they told to take the car back and come again in 2 days- mind you it was an hour drive from my home. Then they kept the car next time i went there for 2 days and told me the issue was resolved. It wasn't within 3 days the issue came again. UPDATED 06/05/2025. The garage has now failed to respond to a request for court mediation, which sums up everything. The confirmation states they may be fined and that the court may find the case in my favour. I am awaiting a court date. I have offered 2 separate settlement figures out of court which have both been rejected. A third, and final, offer has been made today -otherwise it's a full court hearing. Bought a Discovery sport purchased without viewing as live over 200 miles away. Overall I'm happy enough with vehicle but advertised with full service history although delivered with no service book and when asked about this I've had no response.
WARNING!!! Went to view a Jaguar XF in red. Car seemed fine, until I did a check and found there is outstanding finance on the car, so the car isn't theirs to sell. They told me the finance had been cleared, although the finance company confirm there is still a balance outstanding!
