DCResolutions did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. George discovered that my vent to the outside had been painted shut and was causing it to clog. He took the time to clean it out thoroughly. Pricing was also very fair.
Great communication. Showed up on time, explained exactly what was happening and was very thorough. My dryer vent is now clean and I don’t have to replace my dryer. Can’t recommend DCResolutions highly enough! They really are subject matter experts and very reasonably priced as well.
Completely transparent pricing, unlike 99% of the competitors locally. Quick, professional service with solid communication. They run the scope through the vents and show you proof. Very honest guys!
George Shumate the owner, did a outstanding job with our air duct cleaning! And I would highly recommend his services! First of all he was able to work me into his schedule on a day when everyone except myself would be out of the house. And even though this created a conflict on his end, he ended up offering to do the job for us by himself, normally would be two of them. Which again was very much appreciated!
