Excellent quality work. Garage door came down as i was pulling out swiped the hood of mt 2025 crv and tore off the antenna. You would never know it was repaired. Flawless
My primary disappointment was the lack of clear expectations and communication regarding how long a basic damage assessment would take. Had I been told upfront that they could not provide an estimate within a reasonable timeframe, I would have taken the vehicle elsewhere from the beginning. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional to hold a vehicle knowing you're not going to provide the service. I had an appointment with DCR Systems scheduled for August 4 to have my 2023 Genesis G90 assessed for visible body damage. The vehicle was ultimately brought to DCR the following day by Genesis of Mentor. The vehicle remained with DCR for approximately 3 days, but no assessment or written estimate was completed. During that time, I called for updates and was told they would try to get to the vehicle and provide something by the end of the day.
