I was in a minor accident and was referred to DCR Systems by my BMW dealership. I was able to get in relatively quick upon calling. Everyone at DCR was very kind throughout the entire process! Ryan was the technician who worked on my car, and he did a beautiful job! He reached out to me when he found more damage (that wasn’t visible on the outside) during the diagnostic process than what the insurance originally appraised, and he even reached out to the insurance company himself. The team at DCR were amazing! Very easy to deal with, very patient no matter how many times I called and had questions. My car was repaired to my expectations and my case was handled with care. I had used them before when they were Classic repairs and I could not imagine taking my car anywhere else. My only blah was that there were not enougu notifications on where my car was in the process but that would not deter me from going back or recommending DCR to others. Keep up the great work!!
