Excellent service and factory-new finish. Professional organization that earns their various factory certifications. Vehicle returned repaired and cleaned.
DCR Systems in Mentor was amazing! I brought in my Lexus with a deep scratch, and they did a one time courtesy repair and removed most of it. The car looks brand new again. Everyone was super nice and professional, and Pam was especially great to work with. Highly recommend!
Pam, Marnee ,Lenny were all amazing in the communication and helping me navigate the insurance company! I felt like they were in my corner! When I about given up trying to make phone calls to the insurance company and rental car company- Pan and Marnee stepped in and made those calls for me! Blatant lies regarding charges that insurance were supposed to cover. Lots of back and forth without any resolution. They basically hold your vehicle hostage until the balance is paid. They lie about what has been approved by insurance and when it comes time to get your vehicle, they deny it. Awful! Paid over $1000 to get my vehicle and now have to fight insurance for repairs that DCR said insurance would cover.
It took them 3 weeks to get my car into the shop. Finally they told me that my car was totalled right when my rental coverage expired. Now I have no car and no rental coverage. Gee thanks 🤬
