wonderful professional service, car was returned in perfect condition and was shining inside and out. Pattie did an awesome job with customer service, very attentive and informative.
No problem with DCR just State Farm dragging their feet
We have trusted DCR Accident Repair for the past 10 years, but unfortunately this latest experience was extremely disappointing. My son’s truck sustained minor damage after being struck in a parking lot. The at-fault driver was insured through Progressive. We dropped the truck off at DCR on March 29, 2026, and were told they would notify Progressive since Progressive has an office located inside DCR.
