I had an appointment yesterday with I believe the Dentist was called Jody (i can’t find a picture on the website to confirm) and the dental nurse Hannah. They were both absolutely amazing, i was really nervous going in but they really put me at ease especially Hannah explaining i was in control and it could stop at any time. They made me feel super comfortable and treated me warmly. Thank you so much both of you. A scary experience that was actually not scary at all 🥰
I was an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dentist due to past experiences. Though that has changed since being looked after by this lovely dental group. From my first call Marie & Karen on reception just made me feel so relaxed, so caring. I couldn't go on my own at first as was so anxious but that's now changed. Simon is absolutely amazing. Thank you all
This dental surgery has excellent and professional staff. So helpful. Amazing advice and service. Would particularly like to mention Amanda on reception and the fantastic Mark, who has been my dentist for years. (NHS :- this is how a dental surgery should operate!) Just brilliant! Thank you for everything.
