I had 2 vehicles need repair in 2 days Will was very nice, and professional. He did exactly what we asked and the prices were reasonable. One very good thing is that they did not try to upsell me anything! They made recommendations but did not try to sell me services.
Such nice guys to do business with!! John took his time to describe what needed to be done in detail and Will took care of the billing and customer service side! Pristine work environment, and out of this world waiting room. Thanks guys and I will be back if needed!
John and Will always take great care of my vehicles and provide honest and fair pricing for repairs. They do a thorough inspection that lets you see exactly what issues you are dealing with. It is refreshing to work with a repair shop with integrity and I will continue recommending them to my friends and family.
They mean they fix everything! What I appreciated the most is that they listen! Follow up with calls in advance and good advice, not to upsell, but to ensure your vehicle is running the best it can. I have had repairs on AC with my wife's Nissan Rogue along with oil changes. On my Nissan Titan I have had alignments, small leveling kit installed, and oil changes. These guys are the absolute best! Knowledgeable, and the nicest people I've ever met. Not only did they fix everything I needed on my truck, but they also beat another places prices by a lot!
