I used them for two of the properties I manage to complete small work orders and just got two bills for a combined total of over $3000. Not one single time did their service techs reach out to let us know the price was going to be anywhere near this price. One of them was for a clogged ac drain line and they charged me $797 for that! They blowed the line and popped an algea tablet in there. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I've never seen such price-gouging in all my years of being in this business.
