Quick response time . Even came out on a Sunday
We were told it would be 125 dollars to install a new toilet that we purchased. After their 25 minute installation, they told us it would be 180.. they charged a 10 dollar upstairs charge fee even though the new toilet was already upstairs and travel fee without notifying me of this cost prior to installation. DO NOT recommend! Ripped off for 30 minutes of work.
I was in a real jam today and these guys drove at least 45 minutes to my house when nobody else up here would even answer their phones. Gunther, who owns the company was one of the best professionals I've met in my life. They fixed a MAJOR problem quickly and charged me a very fair price. I wouldn't even consider another plumber. Top notch.
They didn't even fix the issue and charged me $125. Not exactly thrilled with the fact that I was told to basically go get this part do it myself and give $125 when the trip charge is only $45.
Very knowledgeable at what they do.. will use them again
