I have spoken to Derrick once to get a quote. He never returned a call with the quote. He won't answer calls or call back when messages are left to have our water heaters replaced due to age. I have no level of confidence with this company. Moving on! Update: I see you are now responding. Derek was amazing! We called once and in less than 1 hour he was up in our place fixing our furnace. 10/10 he was a very honest person!
Seems like he avoids phone calls but picked up when I used a different number now he is not answering that one, no time frame on when work will be completed and never answers back, terrible service.
