Do not recommend, had someone else finish the job.
I have spoken to Derrick once to get a quote. He never returned a call with the quote. He won't answer calls or call back when messages are left to have our water heaters replaced due to age. I have no level of confidence with this company. Moving on! Update: I see you are now responding. Had you been this quick to respond in any way over the past 2 months since this conversation began, this review would have never taken place this way, but I am still moving on. Derek was amazing! We called once and in less than 1 hour he was up in our place fixing our furnace. 10/10 he was a very honest person!
