If you can, avoid DCI Sanitation! Absolutely atrocious customer service! Terrible ways of running a business, they don't update customer's accounts or look for an update before sending out the drivers on routes. Why bother checking for an update or any changes before sending out trucks and loaders? Then you can watch the drivers look at your trash beside the curb and drive off. We've been using DCI for 2 years now. They are easy to get hold of, very professional and they appreciate your business. I'd recommend them. For me they are head and shoulders better than Waste Management.
