Amazing company, communication and customer service. Wish I could buy everything from them. By the way, their products, especially the baffles between trusses for attic venting are 2nd to none. You can install them from the inside or outside, so if you are re-decking your house, these can be installed easily from the outside without having to crawl around your previously blown in attic insulation. I’ve worked with a lot of manufacturers in 20+ years in the roofing industry. DCI is one of the few companies that truly go above and beyond to avoid or find a solution to some of the tougher ventilation situations I’ve come across. I had an issue with a product that I purchased, so I called DCI Products and explained to Steve what the issue was. Steve had his shop foreman contact me and the issue was resolved. The service was beyond anything I was expecting. A++++++++
