I have been a DCI customer for nearly 25 years and have never, ever had a negative experience. Their customer service and the entire staff at DCI is (in my humble opinion) A+++++! I have every confidence that they will be up and running soon and stronger than ever.
So sorry for the recent fire that burnt down the DCI facility. Love their products so much. We support you.
