I had a awesome counselor Mrs.Berry she was very helpful and still is. I am on home confinement right now and she kept me on as her client, although she is now the assistant director. I think all the staff members are very caring and wanting the very best for you. It is a clean place to live and and well kept up. The maintenance man is always busy and keeping things up to date.The food is plentiful and good. My stay there was a very comfortable, and I actually enjoyed staying there.
It's halfway house for federal offensers
They are on power trips, I was told by my counselor that I could not obtain my substance abuse evaluation from WAC because upon my release I would have to obtain a new substance abuse evaluation and my federal probation officer said that's bs. I had 120 days of halfway house, eligible for home confinement after 30 days I obtain an apt, had dismas inspect it, paid 4 months rent on the apt and spent all 120 days in dismas, so much for reintegrating me into society.
