(Writing on behalf of someone else) The customer service was an utter shame. These ladies didn’t listen to what I had to say, I said multiple times that I wanted length and she insisted to go short. Claiming it would “add volume” and it adding ZERO volume. I said repeatedly to stop going short and she continued to cut. This was a horrendous experience and she said at the end to my own mother “don’t bring your daughter to a hair salon if she’s going to act like this.” They are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
