I was there the whole day and I would have loved it if a shuttle had been offered to take me to the nearby shopping center. But there was no offer. The repair of my car lasted 8 hours, so it was a very long day. Kyle was really kind and he kept me informed of the progress on my car. Thank you.
My service advisor is the best! He knows what to recommend to keep my car healthy, they do thorough safety checks, and they give me the discretion on things like fuel injector flush and they inspect cabin and engine filters and take pictures to make sure I agree before they replace them. I love my Acura and they treat it like it was their own car. Been going there for decades and would never trust my car with anyone else!
