Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire service team and sales team at DCH Subaru. I had an unexpected issue come to light with my vehicle during a routine oil change. They offered me a loaner vehicle to get home and fixed the issue that day. They went above and beyond in how they handled the situation. Special thanks to Joe and Melvin and the rest of the team that helped make this happen.
This place is excellent. Maria Ortiz and her Manager-Marvin are the Best! My car’s engine had rodent damage to the harness among other things. It was at their facility for a couple of weeks. Maria bent over backwards to assist me which was extremely helpful during these stressful times. She kept me abreast of everything and offered some options which really helped me out.
