Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire service team and sales team at DCH Subaru. I had an unexpected issue come to light with my vehicle during a routine oil change. They offered me a loaner vehicle to get home and fixed the issue that day. They went above and beyond in how they handled the situation. Special thanks to Joe and Melvin and the rest of the team that helped make this happen.
This place is excellent. Maria Ortiz and her Manager-Marvin are the Best! My car’s engine had rodent damage to the harness among other things. It was at their facility for a couple of weeks. Maria bent over backwards to assist me which was extremely helpful during these stressful times. She kept me abreast of everything and offered some options which really helped me out. Took her in for warranty work gave me a loaner car right away. Definitely would go back there again for service and recommend DCH Subaru at Riverside.
The service rep Maria was very attentive to the customer and some service rep that I noticed.. The lounge was clean and the restroom. I am coming back definitely for my next service. Actually the whole area was clean.
