During my visit at Paramus Honda, great customer service was provided by Ms Natasha Nedd. She was very knowledgabke & she clearly explained the recommended service. Lastly she was very pleasant & easy to work with.

I bring my car for service and they tell me i need a repair gave me a price of around 1,200 a month ago and when i go back for an oil change and ask for the price again to get this repair done they tell me 2,500. And i have papers of these prices. Crazy how they change the prices in just 1 month. I wouldnt get no repairs done here they over charge!! They just try to find ways to get you for your money.
