I like them good care good customer service I go here for my oil changes on my car and checkups and whatever else that needs to be done Big place free coffee vending machines and you can plug in your phones while you wait for your car to get fixed or checked two thumbs up in my book keep up the good work
They damaged my steering wheel during an alignment and didn’t even advise me they probably didn’t notice but that was every irresponsible of them.

We bought a car from Honda Paramus and were sold the vehicle with a dead battery. Just 45 days after purchase, the battery completely failed. When we contacted the dealership, they refused to take any responsibility and told us that since the car was already sold, the problem was ours. This response is absolutely unacceptable. Selling a car with a known or undisclosed defect and then denying responsibility shortly after the sale is misleading and unethical.
