Monday June 1st, I had to schedule a service appointment with loaner for today, Tuesday June 16. Yesterday late afternoon I was in meetings and interrupted by the Millburn Audi service department telling me that no loaner is available. I’m being told the next available loaner is for July 2nd. I do not understand why I am being bumped to the back of the queue. Shouldn’t I be receiving the next loaner car that comes into the shop? If I called Peter Wendel at Paul Miller Audi do you think this is how they treat their customers?
