Where is the 100 star button? I can't say enough great things about Jacob Link and Justin Raymond in the Service Department at DCH Kay Honda. From the second you walk in, they'll greet you with a smile, make you feel welcomed, and are extremely thorough throughout your service appointment. Their knowledge of cars and the auto industry helps answer any questions you might have on maintenance and makes the overall experience excellent. I REGRET EVERYDAY BUYING A HONDA CRV FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! There customer service is terrible , no one ever answers the phone in the service center or the dealership. Their prices are very expensive in comparison to other local dealerships, I absolutely hate the Finance company they forced me to take the loan with, it's the Driveway Finance Corp out of California and I would advise anyone NOT to use them as a Finance company, there rates are high and their customer service is just as bad as DCH Honda's
My experience with Mickey andAnthony at DCH Honda in Eatontown has been excellent for several years. Anthony is a top notch mechanic who really cares about my car, a 2008 Honda Civic Si.
