Kayla Mendez was phenomenal!! Walked in with a trade and helped me leave with a brand new car 10 out 10!!
Macey was excellent! She answered all of my questions and was super attentive. I would definitely recommend anyone to go talk to her. I’m giving 4 stars for Macey. However, Detailing dept was terrible. The car looked as a 5 year old tried cleaning it. You can tell they didn’t even try. I brought the car and had to take it to a different place to get it truly detailed. This is sad, throw the whole detailing dept away. If I had to give them stars, it would be blank.
Paul the service consultant was receptive to all of my service needs. He assisted me with making decisions in a knowledgeable yet unassuming manner. I was also impressed with the overall professionalism of the whole dealership. My second time here and it was a smooth experience! Thank you DCH Kay Honda!
Fast, easy and efficient
Always great. Dave was my guy 3 years ago and ALWAYS returned calls no matter the time of day. Mike fantastic. Explained every question in detail that had today. Gave me options to chose from. All in all a great day out.
