Mr.Aquilino has a great acceptional customer service
Many times, I have been a very great vibe in DCH Honda of Oxnard Service Center. Honestly, services are not rude, super helpful, understanding, and professionally communicating with me as I’m deaf when Aquilion mostly showed me my vehicle in history everything so I’m impressed that! They are awesome and top. I absolutely like DCH services. Aquilion is always doing great job!
I really like the workers and staff in the service dept at DCH Honda of Oxnard. They are friendly and helpful. What I do not like are the prices they charge. I am sure that is true for lots of dealerships. But to charge $80 for replacing an air filter that takes less than 1 minute to do and a $10 part, is just rude: Labor costs should be proportional to the actual amount of time and effort it takes.
