Brittany Spafford was excellent in communicating with me every step of thevway during my visit. I came in for an oil change but my vehicle needed service for my A/C which was covered under warrenty. Despite having to waiting alittle longer, my overall experience was excellent and everything got fixed properly.
Service has really improved at the dealership, in my opinion. Joe was very helpful & took the time to explain repairs to me. Nice change from previous experiences.
I went in without an appointment, on Memorial Day, a holiday. John Garcia, my service rep was WONDERFUL! I needed my emission inspection before the end of the month. John got me in, and within a half hour, I was on my way! I was a very pleased customer that day.
