Great service with video inspection
My experience with Nadine (service advisor) was top notch. She answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and service with a smile to which I appreciated as you don’t get that anymore. I also appreciate that the technician videos all the work he has done and advises of any issues so I can see for myself.
Always great service at Oxnard Audi
I have been using Audi of Oxnard for my service. For year I have used Jaime, who is no longer there, and Nadine has taken over his position. They are truly Incredible with their clients and their service technicians take their time and let your service advisor relay their concerns and suggestions. Thank You Nadine although I was hesitant to change you proved that your addition to this device department is a wonderful addition.
I brought my car in without an appointment at 2pm on Friday, and Bill was able to accommodate me have my car serviced and ready by 9:30am Saturday. I was so grateful for his help and professionalism. Thanks again Bill! Chris
