I have a 10am appointment, but the service department was running late. The estimate was going to take 2 to 4 hours. Nadine was a big help! She was on it and offered UBER service to take me home and pickup for free. Overall, happy with the service! Thanks Nadine!

Had my Etron serviced here last week, I was told that they needed the car overnight because of a recall. Apparently they finished all the repairs that same day but failed to notify me. A whole day went by until we called them to get an update and were told that the car was ready. This was late afternoon on a Saturday. A whole day wasted waiting for a call but I guess that's too much to ask these days. So I had to take a Uber that cost me $40 in addition to the service.
