Working with Audi of Oxnard has been a pleasure. Nadine in the service department was super efficient with checking in my A5 for a routine oil change. The process was effortless and quick! We have been so pleased with the sales & service departments.
The help and knowledge of the service writer was top notch. There was not single concern or question I had the wasn't taken care of. The service department followed suit and had incredible communication and explanation of services provided.
