I purchased my Audi Q7 in 2023 DCH Audi Oxnard has really helped me keep my car in top shape A very reasonable rate, and I’ve always been given a loaner which really helps. We had a great experience with sales in 2023 and I just did my 60,000 mile service and it went great.
Bill greeted me right away and they took my car for service. I asked how long the service would be, they said about an hour or hour and a half. They sent me a video of the service they were doing while working on my car. They asked me if I needed a ride service. I politely declined, which was really nice to have service incase I did need rise service. They cleaned the inside of me car, which I always appreciate. I’m always very happy with my service at Audi of Oxnard Thank you
Nadine was very congenial and accommodating. She’s a great representative of your dealership . I appreciated the thorough video review and the thoughtful recommendations as to future service needs. Timely, Very professional , and all in all, about as pleasant an experience as one could hope for.
