Dionn is a professional lawyer who helped me settle the simultaneous buying and selling of properties. After checking the contracts, he gave me very useful advice and helped me through the dramas! His recent loss of one of his loving family members didn't affect his professional performance at all. I am sorry for his loss. And I am fortunate and very grateful to have Dionn as my conveyancer.
Dionn was absolutely terrible and incompetent with my dealings of the sale and purchase of my recent properties. I wouldn’t even give him one star….. His ability to complete transactions was a disaster and almost caused settlement to fall over at the last minute after many hours of delay. He didn’t take my phone calls on the day of settlement during this time and failed to provide solicitors appropriate documentation. Absolutely can't recommend DCG lawyers. After expressing my concerns regarding my settlement I'm still yet to receive any communications back weeks later.
