Thanks to Mike, our severely damaged concrete in our shop/mudroom has been totally revamped. He went above and beyond to take great care of our molding when he removed it, saving us money so we don’t have to replace it, recoated the drain in the room so it’s not a rusty eyesore, and even took it one step further to do the one in our carport while he was at it. The floor turned out just as we had imagined it and we’re excited to see how it holds up as a high traffic area in a home with dogs. Thanks Mike!
I had my garage floor done by Mike 7 years ago. My contract states the work has a lifetime guarantee. We had Mike come to the house to look at the floor last year due to a small hole and what appeared to be an obvious cracking. He came out and did look at it but did nothing. This year the floor has really deteriorated. The holes are now several and getting worse everyday. Choose another option. Our garage floor was done about 3.5 years ago and started to fail within the first 1-1.5 years. Today, it has multiple areas of failure and when I reached out to DCE, I was told they'd try to get repairs done "this year"! Considering it's only April, that's ridiculous and almost comical.
