Justin and his guys came and blew my garage out. Quick, affordable, professional. Justin communicated well and his guys showed up when he said. During the project they grounded my garage floor and noticed how damp the concrete was and instead of ignoring it, they used a more expensive vapor barrier with a higher psi rating at no cost to me. DCE re-floored my garage as well as painted and patched drywall. They did a phenomenal job all around. The result looks fantastic and the team was totally professional throughout. Definitely recommend
The owner of DCE, Justin, has done two separate jobs where I was the point of contact. The most recent job was the floor in my garage. Justin is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable, polite and acts like a regular guy. No sales gimmick. Justin’s employees were great. The guys were well mannered, dressed appropriately and were on time. DCE coated 2000 sq ft of concrete floors two weeks ago. This consisted of two garage floors and one basement that was approx. 1200 sq ft. Comments: 1. CONTRACT: The contract does not include the garage aprons or any vertical walls leading up to a finished wall. These are at extra cost. Discuss ahead of time. 2. TOP EPOXY: The basement floor has a topcoat that is a more viscous epoxy. This came out better than the garage floors where the topcoat used is an Aspartic epoxy coating that resists yellowing due to sunlight. This co... read more
