EDITED REVIEW: Dr. Welden at DCD is an easy 5 stars, so I’m amending DCD’s review to four stars. She’s patient, kind, listens well, and is a true patient advocate. My initial review still stands, but I’d like to add to it. First, I should have waited to leave a review, as Dr. O was notified and contacted me. I wanted to address my concerns after my daughter’s final appointment with him. While our primary dentist is Dr. Kimberly Welden who I'd give 10 out of 5 stars to my daughter had to see Dr. Brian Ondocsin for a wisdom tooth extraction. My daughter has been known to need more anesthesia than typical patients and Welden has tended to this well and noted the need in her chart. I don't think however that Dr. O was aware of this or had much of a bedside manor for this need. The staff is just so kind and helpful.
I had broken a tooth and was in severe pain. I called everywhere and nobody could get me in. I called DCD and she said they are booked out 6 mos but labeled it as a dental emergency and got me in within 4 days. When I got there, I was SO NERVOUS . I don’t do well with dentists. But Dr Ondocsin came in and really listened to me and had my best interest at heart. I ended up having TWO teeth pulled but the other was necessary as well.
