It’s never fun when you are stuck in knee-deep snow and learnt that my car’s Splash Shield is contributing to the problem. Great service while on a roadtrip with a little bit of a hiccup around communication. He said he would be with me at a certain time and wasn’t and didn’t update me. I get being very busy but a quick text to let me know a new eta would’ve saved time and worry.
