Charles was able to schedule me in when it worked best for me and found the solution to my radio problem and fixed it promptly, saving me from getting a whole new radio installed in my car. The office is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
Mechanic was super friendly, and was able to fit me in in a pinch when no other shop could! (One of the first times that I, as a young woman, did not feel intimidated going into an auto shop). Honest work and honest prices. Will definitely be returning!
