Very disappointed experience with dcc propane company! They will charge you for something that you did not request and they will argue about it. I’ll recommend looking at the different companies for your next propane service. Their answering and phone system all screwed up, before they change from propane central it was all local and personal communication very little issue But now is nothing except problems!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this propane company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. First, their delivery policy was terrible — they repeatedly refused to fill my tank until it was critically low (practically on fumes), which left me stressed during cold weather and at risk of running out completely. Let me start off by saying DCC is not an American company it's foreign-owned they purchased hicks gas in 2017. For the last eight days I have been continually lied to by their customer service team for full up. I am on a autofill program when my propane tank reaches 30%. I have spoken with their customer service three times been lied to all three times at a truck was coming that day or the next day I am now on day 8 and there has been no propane delivery and my tank is at 10%. This company sucks!!!! Don't ever use them for anything.... They charge way more than anyone else and so many fees and they just keep raising them and there service. I called because i had a leak and they sent out a delivery driver so i told the driver Dustin that I had been smelling gas and he filled the tank anyway and told me it wasn't his problem and left it on and leaking. I had have to call another company and they had to replace my line because it was bad. Stay away from this company....

The tanks on my property have been here since early 2000’s, were purchased by my grandparents, recently DCC/UPG decided after 20 plus years of no history of rental that the tanks were theirs and began trying to get the tanks without giving any information. They sent a horrible copied of a rental agreement where they hand wrote serial numbers and others things on there.
