Our water heater was not working and we found DCB Heating on the internet and submitted a service request. They arranged to attend our home right away and sent out a service person same day. The service person was very nice and professional, and explained what the problem was clearly. We opted for a new hot water heater as ours was 15 years old. They arranged to have a new water heater installed the same day!! Very happy with their professional friendly service , and will continue to use DCB in the future.
Worst experience ever. I tried calling their number and I get told that someone will call me back to book an appointment. One person called back and said someone else will call back!! Still can't find anyone to book a simple appointment!
