Everyone- Listen. I work part time and Chau(the DCA technician) was on time and I was late. I felt terrible but he graciously came in and started working on the copier. He and I were already on the same page in knowing what was wrong with our Sharp. He was helpful, showed me how to do 2 things on the copier that bothered me and helped me move it to a new spot. I was very disappointed to learn that this is a Christian company but its leadership does not stand behind Christian values in conducting dealings in a manner that projects the best image of the company. I have a good friend who was hired by this company as the supervisor of the print shop. He was hired based on his experience and professionalism. This company did not support him. Excellent experience!!! We are a new Dermatology practice and needed our computer network set-up throughout our office. DCA provided superior service and a wonderful experience overall. We are looking forward to working with them in the future as our office grows.
