WARNING - received message that monitoring by Solar Edge will no longer be available. I have reached out to DC Solar multiple times, no one responds. I had the same issue someone wrote about earlier regarding missing permitting documents, fortunately I got that resolved after getting other parties involved. Not sure what is going on with DC Solar but it's not good. I hope they can become responsive.

BE WARNED My solar was installed in 2017. Soon I figured out that they did not give me the inspection information required to get the property-tax abatement. After many email exchanges, they simply stopped responding to my emails. They did not return my calls, either. Finally, I got a supervisor on the line--I did not give my name to his secretary--who said he would fix the problem. Soon, he ghosted me too. Pretty soon, I just gave up.
