I continuously watched a ford flatbed truck weave in and out of traffic passing me up (going 75mph) like I was standing still and tail gating for about 15 miles from the 10 west to the 57 and to lambert exit. The staff member I spoke with couldn't hear what I was saying and decided it was my fault and started being rude as if him being in the or near the street was my fault. No customer service at all.
The young lady I spoke to at D&C Slurry & Striping was kind, courteous, and very professional. She expertly navigated my request and put together a customized plan for my needs.
